The Project is a prestigious luxury hotel that is situated in an elevated position at the northern most point of the East Village North at qiddiya. It will have a commanding view over the Formula One Racetrack at Turn 13, benchmarked after the iconic sharp turn at the corner of Hotel de Paris in the Circuit de Monaco. The Project immediately borders the NETH to the North and West, the Six Flags Park to the East, Speed Park to the South and the Water Theme Park to the far west.

The project consists of Lower Ground, Ground Floor and 30 floors offering 246 room keys with a total BUA of 57,995 sqm.

Scope of Work outlines the comprehensive Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) services, including Fire Fighting Systems.

Saudi Taab responsible for all aspects from engineering and supply to installation, testing, commissioning and handover.
